Remote Staff Recruitment · For Oman-Based Businesses

Why we exist

Growing Oman businesses have a real gap in front of them. Local hiring is expensive and headcount-limited, on-site talent is finite, and freelance marketplaces deliver exactly what they promise: freelance capacity. Someone juggling three other clients, disappearing mid-sprint, and treating your product as one of several side gigs. That is not what a serious business needs when it wants to hire an engineer, a marketer, an accountant or a customer-success lead.

Oman Manpower Supply was set up to close that gap. We are a specialist remote-recruitment desk built for Oman-based businesses. We source dedicated full-time remote employees across twelve disciplines. Every candidate we introduce has been tested against the actual work, verified for English, confirmed for Oman-hours coverage and reference-checked before their CV leaves our desk.

What we do, plainly

We place dedicated remote employees for Oman-based businesses. Startups, SMBs and established Oman companies scaling engineering, marketing, finance, customer support, design or back-office operations. Full-time hires who work only for you, on your systems, on your Oman schedule, inside your team. Not gig work. Not shared agency capacity. Not part-time between other clients. One consultant accountable end to end, from the intake call through onboarding follow-up.

How we vet

Every candidate on an Oman Manpower Supply shortlist has been assessed against the same standard before an introduction:

  • Discipline-appropriate skills test (live coding for engineers, portfolio review for designers, live account audit for marketers, live books test for accountants, live customer-service simulation for support)
  • Written English submission graded on clarity, grammar and business register
  • Spoken English confirmed in a live video interview, held in the exact conditions the role will run in
  • Working-hours commitment to your Sunday-to-Thursday Oman pattern, with at least six hours a day of live overlap
  • Home-office setup verified: dedicated workspace, screen count, camera and microphone, backup power, backup internet
  • Connectivity check: primary and backup broadband speeds documented
  • Two independent references contacted and confirmed
  • Current package broken down: base, bonus, benefits, notice period, competing offers on the table

Every shortlist arrives with our written notes on each candidate. If we cannot articulate why they meet the skills bar, the English bar and the Oman-hours bar, the CV does not leave our desk.

Where the talent comes from

We source across seven regional talent pools. Each region has different strengths. India is our deepest pool for engineering, data and analytics. The Philippines and Kenya are strongest for customer support, virtual assistance and back-office operations. Egypt and Pakistan cover engineering, design and marketing with strong Oman-hours overlap and shared regional context. Eastern Europe is where we source senior design, technical writing and specialist engineering. Latin America opens up sales-development, marketing and design for businesses that want later-Oman-day or global-hours coverage. The right region depends on the discipline, the seniority band, the language requirement and the hours the role needs. We match the market to the role.

Who we work with

Our clients include Oman-based technology startups, SMBs, e-commerce operators, professional-services firms, family-office holdings and established Muscat companies scaling functions that do not need to sit inside the office. Founders, GMs, department heads and hiring managers who understand that a properly vetted dedicated remote employee outperforms a freelance stack and costs less than a comparable local hire.

How we think about a placement

A successful placement is not a signed offer letter. It is the moment eighteen months later when the full-stack engineer has shipped the second major product release, when the growth marketer has moved paid-CAC in the right direction three quarters in a row, when the customer-support lead has taken your CSAT into the ninety-percent range and stayed there. That is the only outcome that matters, and it is why our published median for hires still in role at twelve months is ninety-one percent.

Our standards

  • Discipline-fluent screening. Every consultant is fluent in the remote discipline they recruit for. Engineering consultants have written code. Marketing consultants have run campaigns. Finance consultants have closed books.
  • Tell the truth. If a package band is light for the discipline and seniority, we say so before we start sourcing.
  • One consultant, end to end. Same person from intake through onboarding follow-up.
  • Discretion by default. Every approach is confidential. Every brief is confidential until you say otherwise.
  • Stand behind the work. Replacement guarantee on every placement. No clawback games.
